Swiss consumers’ discriminating consumption leads to low or no sales of certain slaughterhouse products, such as pig’s trotters, beef tripe, chicken soup, etc., within the country.

CENTRAVO’s subsidiary, Swiss Nutrivalor AG, performs a fully comprehensive service for the Swiss meat industry. It is also the centre for the international marketing of these products from slaughterhouses and cutting plants, which are fit for consumption but not marketable in Switzerland.

The target markets are countries (Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa) where these high-quality products are an everyday part of local consumption habits.

On the logistics side, Swiss Nutrivalor AG works closely with certified domestic and foreign affiliates.
